Red Rock International Guinea & Dave Porter

Dave Porter is a diamond exporter with Red Rock International Guinea.  He’s licensed to export rough diamonds in the West Africa countries of Liberia and Guinea.  He’s also a licensed exporter in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

For Dave Porter, working with Red Rock International Guinea has been a great pleasure.  Based out of Utah, Porter readily admits that he doesn’t know how he would have been such a successful international businessman if it were not for Red Rock International Guinea. 

The company has helped groom Porter and countless of other ambitious business people into the highly successful international business people they are today.  Breaking into the diamond exporting business – especially from so far away a place as Utah – at first appeared to be an insurmountable challenge for Dave Porter.

However, with the training he received from Red Rock International Guinea, as well as all of the networking opportunities, his dream of selling the finest rough diamonds all over the world became a reality.

Now, Dave Porter has a hard time imagining life without Red Rock International Guinea.  The organization helped him get his start in international business, and it’s hard to imagine how that start would have been possible without them.

In addition to getting start-up help from Red Rock International Guinea, Dave Porter was inspired to become involved in charitable work.  As Porter learned more about the diamond exporting business in West Africa, he also learned more about the state of the orphanages in West Africa. Seeing a problem, and eager to develop a solution, Dave Porter quickly became involved in trying to make a difference in the orphanages of Africa.  Again, if it were not for Red Rock International Guinea, this issue probably never would have come to the attention of Dave Porter.
